Directors must, pursuant to the provisions of a Society's constitution, convene an ordinary Society meeting once annually.

When a Society meeting member requests, upon the consent of no less than one-third of the fixed number of Society council members, the convocation of a Society meeting by submitting a document stating the subject matter of such meeting and the reasons for such convocation to said Society, the directors must convene an extraordinary Society meeting within twenty days from the day of such request.
組合会議員が、その定数の三分の一以上の同意を得て、会議の目的である事項及び招集の理由を記載した書面を組合に提出して組合会の招集を請求したときは、理事は、その請求があつた日から起算して二十日以内に、臨時組合会を招集しなければならない。
