Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date

一The provisions of Article 2 (limited to the provision amending the table of contents of the Act on Social Welfare for the Elderly, the provision deleting Chapter IV-2 of that Act, the provision changing Chapter IV-3 of that Act to Chapter IV-2, and the provision amending Article 40, item (i) of that Act (limited to the part deleting "Article 28-12, paragraph (1) or")), Article 4, Article 6 and Article 7, and of Article 9, Article 11, Article 15, Article 22, Article 41, Article 47 (limited to the provision amending the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Special Fiscal Aid and Subsidies for Recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake (Act No. 40 of 2011), the provision deleting the items of that Article, and the provision amending Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act) and Article 50 through Article 52 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;

二the provisions of Article 1 (limited to the provision amending Article 13, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act), and Article 3, Article 27 (limited to the provision amending Article 116-2, paragraph (1), item (vi) of the National Health Insurance Act (Act No. 192 of 1958) (excluding the part replacing "paragraph (22) of that Article" with "Article 8, paragraph (24) of that Act")), Article 28, Article 34 (limited to the provision amending Article 55, paragraph (1), item (v) of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People (Act No. 80 of 1982) (excluding the part replacing "paragraph (22) of that Article" with "Article 8, paragraph (24) of that Act")) and Article 35 of the Supplementary Provisions: the later of the date on which this Act comes into effect and the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on Securement of Stable Supply of Elderly Persons' Housing, etc. (Act No. 32 of 2011) comes into effect.
