A person who, in violation of the provisions of Article 22, has failed to report, made false reports, or failed to submit books and documents; and a person who, in violation of the same Article, has failed to appear or has escaped, obstructed, or refused inspection pursuant to the provisions of the same Article is punished by a fine not more than 300,000 yen.
