The duties of a liquidator are as follows:
清算人の職務は、次のとおりとする。
the conclusion of current business;
現務の結了
the collection of debts and the performance of obligations; and
債権の取立て及び債務の弁済
delivery of residual assets.
残余財産の引渡し
A liquidator may perform any act necessary to carry out the duties listed in the items of the preceding paragraph.
