With regard to a matter in which the interests of a labor union that is a corporation and those of a representative conflict, such as the labor union that is a corporation guaranteeing an obligation of the representative or any other matter in dealings with a person other than the representative, the representative does not have the authority of representation. In this case, the court must appoint a special agent at the request of an interested person.
