In order to achieve the resolution of a civil dispute on labor relations, a party may file a petition for labor tribunal proceedings with the court.
当事者は、個別労働関係民事紛争の解決を図るため、裁判所に対し、労働審判手続の申立てをすることができる。
The petition set forth in the preceding paragraph must be filed by submitting a written petition to a court.
前項の申立ては、申立書を裁判所に提出してしなければならない。
The written petition set forth in the preceding paragraph must state the following matters:
前項の申立書には、次に掲げる事項を記載しなければならない。
the parties and the statutory agents; and
当事者及び法定代理人
the object of and reasons for the petition.
