Labor tribunal judges must specify the date for labor tribunal proceedings and summon the relevant persons to appear in court.
労働審判官は、労働審判手続の期日を定めて、事件の関係人を呼び出さなければならない。
A court clerk must clearly indicate on the record the outline of developments in the proceedings held on the date set forth in the preceding paragraph.
裁判所書記官は、前項の期日について、その経過の要領を記録上明らかにしなければならない。
If the labor tribunal judge so orders, a court clerk must prepare a record of the proceedings held on the date set forth in paragraph (1).
