Chapter V Relationship with the Administrative Procedure Act
The law as Act Partially Amending the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 60 of 2026) leaves it, with the words it changes marked.

The provisions of Chapter II and Chapter III of the Administrative Procedure Act (Act No. 88 of 1993) do not apply to dispositions made pursuant to the provisions of this Act (excluding Article 33, paragraphs (2) and (4)).
この法律（第三十三条第二項及び第四項を除く。）の規定による処分については、行政手続法（平成五年法律第八十八号）第二章及び第三章の規定は、適用しない。
