When the Revenue Collecting Officer of the Prefectural Labor Bureau Concerned intends to collect special payment insurance premiums pursuant to the provisions of Article 26, paragraph (4) of the Act, the officer must set as the due date for payment the day on which 30 days have elapsed counting from the day the notice is issued, and notify the employer of the following matters:
所轄都道府県労働局歳入徴収官は、法第二十六条第四項の規定に基づき、特例納付保険料を徴収しようとする場合には、通知を発する日から起算して三十日を経過した日をその納期限と定め、事業主に、次に掲げる事項を通知しなければならない。
