Article 21Exclusion from Application
第二十一条（適用除外）
①This Act does not apply to national public officers or local public officers.
①この法律は、国家公務員及び地方公務員については、適用しない。
②This Act does not apply to a labor contract if an Employer only employs a relative(s) who lives with the Employer.
②この法律は、使用者が同居の親族のみを使用する場合の労働契約については、適用しない。
