The provisions of Article 13 apply mutatis mutandis to the escort warrant prescribed in the preceding two paragraphs.
第十三条の規定は、前二項の同行状に、これを準用する。
The provisions of Article 11, paragraph (3) apply mutatis mutandis to the writ of summons prescribed in paragraph (2) and the escort warrant prescribed in the preceding two paragraphs, and the provisions of Article 13 apply mutatis mutandis to the escort warrant prescribed in the preceding two paragraphs, respectively.
第十三条の規定は、前二項の同行状に、これを第十一条第三項の規定は第二項の呼出状及び前二項の同行状について、第十三条の規定は前二項の同行状について、それぞれ準用する。
