第三条（型式検定に関する経過措置）
It is not required for a person to undergo the type examination under paragraph (1) of Article 44-2 of the amended Industrial Safety and Health Act for machinery or other such equipment referred to in item (xiii) of Appended Table 4 of that Act that has been manufactured or imported before the partial effective date.
改正後の労働安全衛生法別表第四第十三号に掲げる機械等で、一部施行日前に製造され、又は輸入されたものについては、同法第四十四条の二第一項の型式検定を受けることを要しない。
