If the immigration inspector records the prescribed data pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph for a foreign national possessing a registered user card issued pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) or paragraph (8) of the following Article, the immigration inspector must clearly state that fact in the registered user card.
入国審査官は、次条第一項又は第八項の規定により交付を受けた特定登録者カードを所持する外国人について前項の規定による記録をする場合には、当該外国人について短期滞在の在留資格及び在留期間を決定し、当該特定登録者カードにその旨を明示しなければならない。
If the immigration inspector records the prescribed data pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph for a foreign national
possessing a registered user card issued pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) or paragraph (8) of the following Article, the immigration inspector must clearly state that fact in the registered user cardwho has received the certification under Article 7-2 or a foreign national who has received the registration set forth in paragraph (8) as falling under item (i), sub-item (c) of that paragraph, the immigration inspector must decide the status of residence of Temporary Visitor and the period of stay for the foreign national and notify the foreign national of that status of residence and period of stay pursuant to the provisions of Ministry of Justice Order.入国審査官は、
次条第一項又は第八項の規定により交付を受けた特定登録者カードを所持する第七条の二の認証を受けた外国人又は第八項第一号ハに該当するものとして同項の登録を受けた外国人について前項の規定による記録をする場合には、当該外国人について短期滞在の在留資格及び在留期間を決定し、当該特定登録者カードにその旨を明示法務省令で定めるところにより、当該外国人に対し、当該在留資格及び在留期間を通知しなければならない。
