A person falling under any of the following items is punished with imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a fine not exceeding 3 million yen, or is to be subject to the cumulative imposition of imprisonment and a fine:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、三年以下の拘禁刑若しくは三百万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
A person falling under any of the following items is punished with imprisonment for not more than
35 years or a fine not exceeding35 million yen, or is to be subject to the cumulative imposition of imprisonment and a fine:次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、
三五年以下の拘禁刑若しくは三百万五百万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
