第六条
A person intending to extract hot springs from a hot spring source in the course of business may, even before the effective date, receive the confirmation from the prefectural governor in the same manner as under the provisions of Article 14-5, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the new Act. In this case, the person that has received the confirmation is deemed to have received the confirmation from the prefectural governor pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of that Article on the effective date.
