When the federation intends to specify or change the details concerning the provision of grants or the matters necessary for the contribution of contributions pursuant to the provisions of Article 65, paragraph (3) or Article 66, paragraph (2), or intends to specify the revision rate pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3) of the preceding Article, it must obtain the approval of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
