A society meeting member may, as specified by the constitution, exercise the right to vote or the right to elect, by document or through a proxy, on a matter notified in advance under Article 8; provided, however, that only another society meeting member may act as a proxy.
組合会議員は、規約で定めるところにより、第八条の規定によりあらかじめ通知のあった事項につき、書面又は代理人をもって、議決権又は選挙権を行使することができる。ただし、他の組合会議員でなければ、代理人となることができない。
A person who exercises the right to vote or the right to elect under the preceding paragraph is deemed to be present.
前項の規定により議決権又は選挙権を行使する者は、出席者とみなす。
A proxy may not act on behalf of five or more society meeting members.
代理人は、五人以上の組合会議員を代理することができない。
A proxy must submit to the society meeting a document certifying the authority of proxy.
代理人は、代理権を証する書面を組合会に提出しなければならない。
