Chapter I Scope of Business of Applicable Places of Business
The law as Cabinet Order Partially Amending the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act, etc. (Cabinet Order No. 240 of 2026) leaves it, with the words it changes marked.

健康保険法（大正十一年法律第七十号。以下「法」という。）第三条第三項第一号レの政令で定める者は、次のとおりとする。

judicial scrivener;
司法書士
land and house investigator;
土地家屋調査士
administrative scrivener;
行政書士
maritime procedure agent;
海事代理士
certified public tax accountant;
税理士
labor and social security attorney;
社会保険労務士
Okinawa attorney prescribed in Article 1 of the Cabinet Order on Okinawa Attorneys (Cabinet Order No. 169 of 1972);
沖縄弁護士に関する政令（昭和四十七年政令第百六十九号）第一条に規定する沖縄弁護士
registered foreign lawyer;
外国法事務弁護士
patent attorney.
弁理士
