第二十一条（特定受託事業者からの相談対応に係る体制の整備）
The State is to take necessary measures, including the establishment of a system necessary for responding to and appropriately handling consultations from specified entrusted business operators, to contribute to ensuring proper transactions involving a specified entrusted business operator and to improving the working environment for a specified person engaged in entrusted business.
