In view of the increasing diversification of work styles in Japan, the purpose of this Act is to ensure proper transactions involving specified entrusted business operators and to improve the working environment for specified persons engaged in entrusted business through measures such as requiring an enterprise that entrusts its business to a specified entrusted business operator to clearly indicate the details of the work to be performed by the specified entrusted business operator and other matters with the goal of developing an environment that will allow individuals to reliably provide services with which they have been entrusted as enterprises and, as a result, contributing to a sound development of the national economy.
