A home-based work support organization that violates the provisions of Article 74-3, paragraph (14) in failing to keep a financial statement or business report, in not including the particulars that are required to be included in a financial statement or business report, or in including a false statement in a financial statement or business report; or that refuses a request under the provisions of the items of paragraph (15) of that Article without a legitimate reason for doing so is subject to a civil fine of not more than 200,000 yen.
