An employer that employs a worker must retain documents connected with the confirmation under the provisions of Article 38, paragraph (6), Article 43, paragraph (9), and Article 48, paragraph (4), paragraph (9) (inclusive of any electronic or magnetic records that the employer retains in lieu of those documents) that are provided for by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
