Article 36-2Measures to Ensure Equal Opportunities in Employment for Persons With and Without Disabilities
第三十六条の二（雇用の分野における障害者と障害者でない者との均等な機会の確保等を図るための措置）
At the request of a person with a disability, an employer must take necessary measures that reflect consideration for the characteristics of that person's impairment in their recruitment and hiring of workers, in order to correct circumstances that are an obstacle to ensuring equal opportunities for persons with and without disabilities in their recruitment and hiring of workers; provided, however, that this does not apply if those measures would place an excessive burden on the employer.
