Article 12Cooperation with Vocational Centers for Persons with Disabilities, etc.

①For persons with disabilities for whom a public employment security office finds it to be necessary to implement the aptitude tests, give vocational guidance, and take other measures referred to in the preceding Article based on particularly specialized knowledge and techniques, that public employment security office is to take those measures in close cooperation with a vocational center for persons with disabilities provided for in Article 19, paragraph (1), or is to make arrangements for the relevant persons with disabilities to have those measures taken for them at such a vocational center for persons with disabilities.

②When a public employment security office and a vocational center for persons with disabilities provided for in Article 19, paragraph (1) receive from a person who has received the employment selection support provided for in Article 5, paragraph (13) of the Act on Providing Comprehensive Support for the Daily Life and Life in Society of Persons with Disabilities (Act No. 123 of 2005) the results referred to in that paragraph, they are to conduct the aptitude tests, vocational guidance, etc. referred to in the preceding Article and the preceding paragraph, taking those results into consideration.
