On finding that it is necessary to do so in order to place a person with a disability in a job that is suited to their abilities, a public employment security office is to give guidance to recruiting employers on a physical or mental requirement or other such requirement in a job opening.
公共職業安定所は、障害者にその能力に適合する職業を紹介するため必要があるときは、求人者に対して、身体的又は精神的な条件その他の求人の条件について指導するものとする。
If asked to do so by a recruiting employer when providing job placement services for a person with a disability, a public employment security office is to provide the recruiting employer with materials it has concerning the vocational abilities of that person.
