The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may request, through the minister with administrative jurisdiction over an implementing organization, that the implementing organization report the total amount of standardized remuneration at the implementing organization and other particulars specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
厚生労働大臣は、実施機関に対し、当該実施機関を所管する大臣を経由して、当該実施機関における標準報酬の総額その他の厚生労働省令で定める事項について報告を求めることができる。
An implementing organization, as specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, is to report as referred to in the preceding paragraph through the minister with administrative jurisdiction over that implementing organization.
