When an Association of Medical Care Systems for the Elderly Aged 75 and older finds it necessary in relation to the qualifications of insured, old-old medical care benefit, and insurance premiums, it may request a Municipality or other public agencies or Pension Insurers to provide access to necessary documents or to provide necessary materials, or may request banks, trust companies, other institutions, employers of the insured, or other relevant persons to make a report, with regard to the matters necessary to confirm that the grounds on which the insured received old-old medical care benefit arose from the act of a third party, the status of assets or income of the insured, the spouse of the insured, or the head of the household to which the insured belongs or other members of that household, or the status of payment of an Old Age, etc., pension benefit prescribed in Article 107, paragraph (2) to the insured.
後期高齢者医療広域連合は、被保険者の資格、後期高齢者医療給付及び保険料に関して必要があると認めるときは、被保険者の後期高齢者医療給付を受けた事由が第三者の行為によつて生じたものであることを確認するために必要な事項、被保険者、被保険者の配偶者若しくは被保険者の属する世帯の世帯主その他その世帯に属する者の資産若しくは収入の状況又は被保険者に対する第百七条第二項に規定する老齢等年金給付の支給状況につき、市町村その他の官公署若しくは年金保険者に対し必要な文書の閲覧若しくは資料の提供を求め、又は銀行、信託会社その他の機関若しくは被保険者の雇用主その他の関係人に報告を求めることができる。
If a Association of Medical Care Systems for the Elderly Aged 75 and older finds it necessary in relation to eligibility as an insured, it may request other Association of Medical Care Systems for the Elderly Aged 75 and older and insurers (or municipalities in the case of national health insurance programs) to provide necessary materials, including the names and addresses of the insured and subscribers of medical care for the elderly provided by other Association of Medical Care Systems for the Elderly Aged 75 and older (or the insured domiciled within the area of the relevant municipality in the case of national health insurance programs), and the name and location of the applicable place of business as prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (3) of the Health Insurance Act.
後期高齢者医療広域連合は、被保険者の資格に関し必要があると認めるときは、他の後期高齢者医療広域連合及び保険者（国民健康保険にあつては、市町村）に対し、他の後期高齢者医療広域連合が行う後期高齢者医療の被保険者及び加入者（国民健康保険にあつては、当該市町村の区域内に住所を有する被保険者）の氏名及び住所、健康保険法第三条第三項に規定する適用事業所の名称及び所在地その他の必要な資料の提供を求めることができる。
A Municipality, when it finds it necessary in relation to the collection of insurance premiums, may request public agencies or Pension Insurers to provide access to necessary documents or to provide necessary materials, or may request a report from banks, trust companies, other institutions, employers of the insured, or other relevant persons, with regard to the status of assets or income of the insured, the spouses of the insured, or the head of the household or other members of the household to which the insured belongs, or the status of payment of an Old Age, etc., pension benefit as prescribed by the Article 107, paragraph (2) to the insured.
