An Association of Medical Care Systems for the Elderly Aged 75 and older or the NHI federation must, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, report the status of services pertaining to Old-old Medical Care (in the case of an Association, including the status of services reported by a Municipality pursuant to the provisions of the following paragraph to the head of the Association (in the case of an Association that has a board of directors in place of a head pursuant to the provisions of Article 287-3, paragraph (2) of the Local Autonomy Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 291-13 of that Act, the board of directors; the same applies in the following paragraph)) to the Prefectural Governor.
後期高齢者医療広域連合又は国保連合会は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、後期高齢者医療に係る事業の状況（後期高齢者医療広域連合にあつては、次項の規定により後期高齢者医療広域連合の長（地方自治法第二百九十一条の十三において準用する同法第二百八十七条の三第二項の規定により長に代えて理事会を置く後期高齢者医療広域連合にあつては、理事会。次項において同じ。）が市町村から報告を受ける事業の状況を含む。）を都道府県知事に報告しなければならない。
A Municipality, pursuant to the provisions of an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, must report the status of its services pertaining to Old-Old Healthcare to the head of an Association of Medical Care Systems for the Elderly Aged 75 and older.
市町村は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、後期高齢者医療に係る事業の状況を後期高齢者医療広域連合の長に報告しなければならない。
