Article 108Obligation to Pay Insurance Premiums Pertaining to General Collection
第百八条（普通徴収に係る保険料の納付義務）
Insured must pay the insurance premiums when a Municipality intends to collect the person's insurance premiums by the method of general collection.
被保険者は、市町村がその者の保険料を普通徴収の方法によつて徴収しようとする場合においては、当該保険料を納付しなければならない。
When a Municipality intends to collect insurance premiums of an insured belonging to a household by the method of general collection, the Householder is liable to jointly and severally pay the insurance premiums.
世帯主は、市町村が当該世帯に属する被保険者の保険料を普通徴収の方法によつて徴収しようとする場合において、当該保険料を連帯して納付する義務を負う。
