Any administrative process that, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article, it has been decided the local government will handle is classified as an item (i) statutorily entrusted process as provided in Article 2, paragraph (9), item (i) of the Local Autonomy Act (Act No. 67 of 1947).
