With regard to execution of a writ of commitment, the provisions regarding execution of subpoenas shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, the phrase "as prescribed by the Rules of Court" in Article 73, paragraph (1), item (ii) is deemed to be replaced with "as prescribed by Ministry of Justice Order".
収容状の執行については、勾引状の執行に関する規定を準用する。この場合において、第七十三条第一項第二号中「裁判所の規則の」とあるのは、「法務省令で」と読み替えるものとする。
