The provisions of Article 299-4 apply mutatis mutandis when a public prosecutor is to disclose evidence pursuant to the provisions of Article 316-14, paragraph (1) (including cases when these provisions are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 316-21, paragraph (4)).
第二百九十九条の四の規定は、検察官が第三百十六条の十四第一項（第三百十六条の二十一第四項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による証拠の開示をすべき場合についてこれを準用する。
