The provisions of Article 316-14, paragraph (1), Article 316-15 and Article 316-16 apply mutatis mutandis to the evidence requested to be examined by a public prosecutor pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2).
第三百十六条の十四第一項、第三百十六条の十五及び第三百十六条の十六の規定は、第二項の規定により検察官が取調べを請求した証拠についてこれを準用する。
