第二百七十一条の二第四項

When the extract of the charging sheet, etc. has been submitted pursuant to paragraph (2), the court must, notwithstanding paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, serve the extract of the charging sheet, etc. on the defendant without delay. In this case, the phrase "transcript of the charging sheet" in Article 255 and paragraph (2) of the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "extract of the charging sheet, etc.".
裁判所は、第二項の規定による起訴状抄本等の提出があつたときは、前条第一項の規定にかかわらず、遅滞なく起訴状抄本等を被告人に送達しなければならない。この場合において、第二百五十五条及び前条第二項中「起訴状の謄本」とあるのは、「起訴状抄本等」とする。
When

第二項第一項の規定による起訴状抄本等の提出求めがあつたときは、前条第一項の規定にかかわらず、遅滞なく起訴状抄本等、次の各号に掲げる場合の区分に応じ、当該各号に定めるものを被告人に送達しなければならない。この場合において、第二百五十五条及び前条第二項中「起訴状の謄本」とあるのは、「起訴状抄本等中「第二百七十一条第一項」とあるのは「第二百七十一条の二第四項」と、前条第二項中「前項」とあるのは「次条第四項」とする。
