When granting the permission under paragraph (3) of the preceding Article, the judge must state in the warrant of that Article to that effect and the period for which non-disclosure is ordered pursuant to that paragraph.
裁判官は、前条第三項の許可をするときは、同条の令状にその旨及び同項の規定により漏らしてはならない旨を命ずる期間を記載しなければならない。
