The recording medium on which the examination and testimony of and the circumstances surrounding a witness are recorded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be attached to the case record as part of the record.
前項の規定により証人の尋問及び供述並びにその状況を記録した記録媒体は、訴訟記録に添付して調書の一部とするものとする。
