The provisions of Article 11, paragraph (3) of the Code of Civil Procedure as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (referred to below as the "New Code of Civil Procedure") (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 281, paragraph (2) of the New Code of Civil Procedure) do not apply to an agreement establishing the court of jurisdiction and an agreement not to file an appeal to the court of second instance while reserving the right to file a final appeal that were made before this Act comes into effect.
