第十条（当事者を異にする事件の併合に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 152, paragraph (2) of the New Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis under the New Act) do not apply to a case in which the consolidation of oral arguments was ordered before the New Act comes into effect.
