Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning Court Costs
第五条（訴訟費用に関する経過措置）
With regard to procedures, upon a petition filed before the New Act comes into effect, for fixing the amount of court costs or settlement costs to be borne, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 71 through 73 of the New Act.
新法の施行前にした申立てに係る訴訟費用又は和解の費用の負担の額を定める手続に関しては、新法第七十一条から第七十三条までの規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the right of the adverse party concerning money or securities deposited by a party before the New Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 77 of the New Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis under the New Act).
新法の施行前に当事者が供託した金銭又は有価証券についての相手方の権利については、新法第七十七条（新法において準用する場合を含む。）の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
