Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Civil Enforcement Act
第七条（民事執行法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 167-17 of the Civil Enforcement Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 193, paragraph (2) of that Act) apply to civil enforcement cases petitioned on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern civil enforcement cases petitioned before the Effective Date.
第二条の規定による改正後の民事執行法第百六十七条の十七（同法第百九十三条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、施行日以後に申し立てられる民事執行の事件について適用し、施行日前に申し立てられた民事執行の事件については、なお従前の例による。
