第六条（調整規定）
If the Effective Date is before the date provided for in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions, with regard to the application of Article 207, paragraph (1) of the New Civil Enforcement Act during the period up to the day before that date, the phrase "the claim for deposits provided for in Article 466-5, paragraph (1) of the Civil Code" in item (i) of that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "claim relating to deposits or savings in a deposit account or savings account".
施行日が附則第一条第二号に定める日前となる場合には、同日の前日までの間における新民事執行法第二百七条第一項の規定の適用については、同項第一号中「民法第四百六十六条の五第一項に規定する預貯金債権」とあるのは、「預金口座又は貯金口座に係る預金又は貯金に係る債権」とする。
