Supplementary Provisions, Article 45Transitional Measures Accompanying Partial Amendment of the Civil Enforcement Act
第四十五条（民事執行法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to a civil enforcement case for which a petition was filed before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 121 and 189 of the Civil Enforcement Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article.
施行日前に申し立てられた民事執行の事件については、前条の規定による改正後の民事執行法第百二十一条及び第百八十九条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
