第九条（売却の手続等に関する経過措置）
With regard to a civil enforcement case for which notice was given before this Act comes into effect under Article 63, paragraph (1) of the Former Civil Enforcement Act (including where they apply mutatis mutandis or where a case is governed by their rules), the provisions then in force continue to govern, except in the case of the proviso to paragraph (2) of that Article (including where they apply mutatis mutandis or where a case is governed by their rules).
この法律の施行前に旧民事執行法第六十三条第一項（これを準用し、又はその例による場合を含む。）の規定による通知がされた民事執行の事件については、同条第二項ただし書（これを準用し、又はその例による場合を含む。）の場合を除き、なお従前の例による。
If the enforcement court has issued, before this Act comes into effect, an order to have a sale implemented, the provisions then in force continue to govern the procedure for the sale under that order and the procedure for the ruling to permit or not to permit the sale, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 60 of the New Civil Enforcement Act (including where they apply mutatis mutandis or where a case is governed by their rules).
この法律の施行前に執行裁判所が売却を実施させる旨の命令を発した場合における当該命令に係る売却の手続及び売却の許可又は不許可の決定に係る手続については、新民事執行法第六十条（これを準用し、又はその例による場合を含む。）の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
Except where the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, the lowest sale price determined by the enforcement court under Article 60 of the Former Civil Enforcement Act (including where they apply mutatis mutandis or where a case is governed by their rules) before this Act comes into effect is deemed to be the standard sales price determined by the enforcement court under Article 60 of the New Civil Enforcement Act (including where they apply mutatis mutandis or where a case is governed by their rules).
前二項の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合を除き、この法律の施行前に旧民事執行法第六十条（これを準用し、又はその例による場合を含む。）の規定により執行裁判所が定めた最低売却価額は、新民事執行法第六十条（これを準用し、又はその例による場合を含む。）の規定により執行裁判所が定めた売却基準価額とみなす。
