Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions

With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed prior to the enforcement of this Act (for the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions, those provisions), acts committed on or after the Effective Date in the case where the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, and acts committed on or after the item (ii) Effective Date in the case where the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
