A type 1 Cannabis plant harvesting cultivator must cultivate Cannabis plants using seeds of the Cannabis plant in which the content of the substance listed in Appended Table I, item 42 of the Narcotics and Psychotropics Control Act does not exceed the standard specified by Cabinet Order, or other things prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
第一種大麻草採取栽培者は、麻薬及び向精神薬取締法別表第一第四十二号に掲げる物の含有量が政令で定める基準を超えない大麻草の種子その他厚生労働省令で定める物を使用して大麻草を栽培しなければならない。
When a type 1 Cannabis plant harvesting cultivator has come to cultivate Cannabis plants in which the content referred to in the preceding paragraph exceeds the standard referred to in that paragraph, the cultivator must without delay discontinue the cultivation of those Cannabis plants.
