When any accident such as loss, theft or unknown whereabouts occurs with respect to the Cannabis, seeds not treated against germination and narcotics owned by a type 1 Cannabis plant harvesting cultivator, the cultivator must without delay notify the prefectural governor of the name and quantity of that Cannabis, seeds not treated against germination and narcotics, and other particulars prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
第一種大麻草採取栽培者は、その所有する大麻、発芽不能未処理種子及び麻薬につき、滅失、盗取、所在不明その他の事故が生じたときは、速やかに、当該大麻、発芽不能未処理種子及び麻薬の品名及び数量その他厚生労働省令で定める事項を都道府県知事に届け出なければならない。
Upon receiving a notification under the preceding paragraph, the prefectural governor must without delay report the particulars prescribed in that paragraph to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
