Each business year, a designated dispute resolution organization must prepare a report on dispute resolution services in the relevant business year and submit it to the Prime Minister.
The particulars to be stated in the report referred to the preceding paragraph, the submission date, and other necessary particulars are specified by Cabinet Office Order.
