In the following cases, the Prime Minister must cancel the registration of an electronic payment service provider:
内閣総理大臣は、次に掲げる場合には、電子決済等代行業者の登録を抹消しなければならない。
when the Prime Minister has revoked the registration under Article 52-61-2 pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) or (2) of the preceding Article; or
前条第一項又は第二項の規定により第五十二条の六十一の二の登録を取り消したとき。
when the registration under Article 52-61-2 ceases to be effective pursuant to the provisions of Article 52-61-7, paragraph (2).
第五十二条の六十一の七第二項の規定により第五十二条の六十一の二の登録がその効力を失つたとき。
