The Prime Minister may, to the extent necessary for the enforcement of this Act, order a certified association of electronic payment handling service providers to make a report or submit materials that is to serve as a reference on the status of their business or property, or have relevant officials enter the office of the certified association of electronic payment handling service providers, have those officials ask questions about the status of their business or property, or have them inspect their books, documents, and any other articles.
内閣総理大臣は、この法律の施行に必要な限度において、認定電子決済等取扱事業者協会に対し、その業務若しくは財産に関し参考となるべき報告若しくは資料の提出を命じ、又は当該職員に当該認定電子決済等取扱事業者協会の事務所に立ち入らせ、その業務若しくは財産の状況に関して質問させ、若しくは帳簿書類その他の物件を検査させることができる。
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, the relevant official must carry an identification card, and must present it if a person concerned requests them to do so.
前項の場合において、当該職員は、その身分を示す証明書を携帯し、関係人の請求があつたときは、これを提示しなければならない。
The authority under the provisions of paragraph (1) must not be construed as being granted for criminal investigation purposes.
第一項の規定による権限は、犯罪捜査のために認められたものと解してはならない。
