Article 52-60-28Provision of Information that Contributes to Customer Protection
第五十二条の六十の二十八（顧客の保護に資する情報の提供）
A certified association of electronic payment handling service providers must be able to provide customers of electronic payment handling services with the information with which it has been provided by the Prime Minister pursuant to the provisions of Article 52-60-35 which contributes to protecting customers of electronic payment handling services.
認定電子決済等取扱事業者協会は、第五十二条の六十の三十五の規定により内閣総理大臣から提供を受けた情報のうち電子決済等取扱業の顧客の保護に資する情報について、電子決済等取扱業の顧客に提供できるようにしなければならない。
